ROC Recycle Value 2017-18
The total Renewables Obligation for electricity suppliers in the UK was 117,842,123 ROCs for 2017/18. 
Suppliers were able to meet their obligations either through presenting ROCs or making buy-out payments at £45.58 per ROC, or a combination of both.
Only 103,220,879 ROCs were presented by suppliers in the UK resulting in a shortfall of 12.4%.
The recycle value for the 17/18 compliance period (CP16) is approximately £5.42 / ROC presented.
