• Application accepted for Cairnmore Renewables Project
  
  

  Greenspan Electric LLP are pleased to announce success of the Cairnmore Renewables Project application.

  After a site visit in early February, the Marr area Councillors voted unanimously in favour of the project, citing its very low visual and environmental impact as a reason for its approval. Greenspan Electric will now begin the process of organising the necessary civil works , using local contractors wherever possible

  The Greenspan Agency believe that the Cairnmore Renewables Project is situated in an ideal location to provide green renewable electricity to the local area, to help meet the government targets, whilst providing extremely minimal impacts to the local environment and residents.  The project will save over 6,000 tonnes of CO2 and other greenhouse gasses from being emitted every year, and provide enough electricity to meet the annual demand of around 1,500 households.
