The Greenspan Agency has submitted a planning application to Aberdeenshire Council for four 80m, 850kW wind turbines at Cairnmore farm, near Rhynie. The developer is Greenspan Electric. The application was accompanied by a full Environmental Impact Assessment and Visibility Analysis, compiled with the help of several consultees.
