The Greenspan Agency responds to the Energy White Paper

We believe that the White Paper could have been much bolder in the distribution of ROCs for the Emerging Technologies. This would give investors in anaerobic digestion, solar photovoltaic and the marine technologies a much greater confidence to invest.

We also believe that the White Paper missed a great opportunity to extend the ROC scheme beyond 2027.
