ROC Recycle Value 2018-19
The total Renewables Obligation for electricity suppliers in the UK was 127,623,995 ROCs for 2018/19. 
Suppliers were able to meet their obligations either through presenting ROCs or making buy-out payments at £47.22 per ROC, or a combination of both.
Only 107,643,960 ROCs were presented by suppliers in the UK resulting in a shortfall of 15.7%.
The recycle value for the 18/19 compliance period (CP17) is approximately £6.80 / ROC presented.
